HSE Management System
Our HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System has been designed in order to match with all oil and gas industry requirements and the local regulations.
Testing
Different types of tests are conducted to check the integrity of the valve to the design standard and the requirement of the purchaser. The tests conducted are,
Pressure test as per the different international testing standards.
Torque test.
Functional test of the valve along with the operator. Operator may be Gear box, Actuators.
Pressure test at high temperature and low temperature.
Antistatic test
Fugitive Emission testing
Cryogenic testing, Down to -196° C
High pressure gas test, as per the requirements.
DFT testing for the painting of the valves.
