Quality Policy

The CAMTECH Quality Policy demands that:

The provision of high quality products and services which meets the customer requirements in full is the “norm”, shall be maintained, by conducting an on-going internal audit on all departments.
Customer – Supplier relationships are established and maintained to strive for continuous improvement in quality and business activities, by conducting regular site audits and acting upon complaints received.
Working methods and procedures are constantly reviewed and audited in order to identify and eliminate unsatisfactorily processes.
The achievement of “zero defects” is attainable by continuous training and mentoring of all employees to ensure a positive commitment to quality and the philosophy of “right first time”.

The Quality Management System of CAMTECH is based upon the requirements of API SPEC Q1, 9th EDITION – 2013 / ISO 9001 : 2008 / ISO TS 29001: 2007 / PRESSURE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE, 97/23/EC / ATEX DIRECTIVE 94/9/EC
HSE Management System

Our HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System has been designed in order to match with all oil and gas industry requirements and the local regulations.

Testing

Different types of tests are conducted to check the integrity of the valve to the design standard and the requirement of the purchaser. The tests conducted are,

Pressure test as per the different international testing standards.
Torque test.
Functional test of the valve along with the operator. Operator may be Gear box, Actuators.
Pressure test at high temperature and low temperature.
Antistatic test
Fugitive Emission testing
Cryogenic testing, Down to -196° C
High pressure gas test, as per the requirements.
DFT testing for the painting of the valves.

Radiography Examination
Ultrasonic Examination
Magnetic Particle Examination
Dye penetrant Examination
Positive Material Identification
Hardness testing

Process Monitoring

The whole manufacturing process of the valves are progressively and continuously monitored as per the written procedure by performing inspection and testing at various stages of the processes such as,

Customer requirement evaluation and monitoring
Checking of incoming raw materials and certification
Inspection of components during in process
Various Pressure tests
Functional tests
Non destructive tests
Final inspection of finished valves
