CAMTECH Parallel Slide Gate valves are heavy duty, outside screw and yoke type, Bolted bonnet, rising stem and non-rising handwheel type. These split wedge concept is designed with the best feature of normal parallel‐slide valves: two separate gates that permit better inherent flexibility and freedom of each gate to align properly with its companion body seat. The straight through bore design assures minimum turbulence, erosion and resistance to flow. These valves have an excellent service history of successful performance in thousands of applications worldwide. These applications range from common manually operated component isolation valves in fossil‐fueled power plants through safety‐related motor operated valves (MOVs) in nuclear power plants. These valves are handwheel operated and gear operated depending upon the size. Some of the design features are as below,
Cast body precisely machined with integral flanges.
Cast bonnet with integral yoke up to 10”
Two separate individual wedge with spring loaded and rigid guide rails.
Rising stem with precision ACME thread with single or double start for quick operation.
Stem packing is designed for optimum control of fugitive emission leakage to the atmosphere and is assured by the polished finish stem sealing area.
Live loading on packing can be provided as request.
Back seat shall be either threaded or welded in to facilitate the replacement of packing under line pressure.

CAMTECH Pressure Seal Flexible Wedge Gate Valves are ideal for high pressure steam, liquid, catalytic reformers, hydrocrackers and other tough services. In the tough world of High pressure, High temperature valve applications, Pressure seal gate Valve continue to provide a wide range of industries with a safe, leak free, pressure containing boundary.
The basic concept of pressure seal valves is that the initial bonnet pull up bolts tighten the bonnet which inturns seals the pressure seal gasket to the body. Then the system pressure assist for more force to seal the gasket. Hence, as system pressure increases, the potential for leakage through the body/bonnet joint decreases.
Cast body precisely machined with integral flanges.
One piece flexible wedge as standard which provides superior tightness and non sticking operations.
Longer Seat rings are designed for higher temperature and higher pressure.
Two piece gland and gland flange arrangement for reduced stem wear.
By-Pass, Lantern rings, pressure equalization lines, special connection are as optional.
Nace service either MR-01-75 or MR-01-03 as required.
Valves can be supplied with Pneumatic, Hydraulic or electric actuators.
Accessories like limit switch, etc can be provided as optional.

CAMTECH Forged Steel Gate Valves are compact, sturdy and ideal for high pressure and high temperature applications. These valves are outside screw and yoke type (OS & Y) with rising stem and Non-rising handwheel. These valves shall be bolted bonnet or welded bonnet type with full or standard bore options.
The body is forged steel and available in both the full or standard port design.
The bonnet is forged steel, has an integral backseat and incorporates the stuffing box.
The wedge, which is solid design, is forged steel and is part of the valve trim. The seating surfaces are ground and lapped.
Rising stem with precision ACME thread and contains an integral back seat shoulder, which mates with the integral backseat of the bonnet.
BODY-BONNET JOINT – Two different bonnet joint designs are available. These are either the bolted bonnet or the threaded and seal welded type.
Stem packing is designed for optimum control of fugitive emission leakage to the atmosphere and is assured by the polished finish stem sealing area.
Live loading on packing can be provided as request.
Back seat shall be either threaded or welded in to facilitate the replacement of packing under line pressure.
The seat rings are pressed into the valve body and wedged into place, forming a seal with the body. The seating surfaces are ground and lapped.
Two piece gland and gland flange arrangement for reduced stem wear.
Nace service either MR-01-75 or MR-01-03 as required.
