Check Valve

The floating ball design of Ball Valves is the universal choice for most process and utility applications. In this design, sealing takes place by allowing the ball under pressure to move towards the downstream seat to effect a tight seal. Camtech floating ball valve design has minimum cavity which is even considered as “no cavity ball valve”, which has minimize pressure drop. These valves are bidirectional valves.

Camtech floating ball valves are designed with advanced seal technology. This means a very strong, tough valve that can handle pressure and unforeseen piping strains with a stem seal that extends operational cycle life and a standardized overall design that keeps parts inventory to a minimum. These valves are fire safe tested as per API 607.

CAMTECH Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is the preferred choice of ball valve in higher sizes and pressure ratings, and is used in pipelines and critical process applications. The valves have advanced design features such as a built-in cavity relief mechanism, Anti-static, and intrinsic double block and bleed facility. The valves are of 2-piece or 3-piece design, bolted/welded at the body connection joint, with flanged/butt weld ends, in reduced and full bore designs. These valves are available in Forged construction as well as Cast construction.

Full Internal weld overlay or weld overlay on seat pocket area and body cavity can be provided with in-house cladding facility.
Metal seated valves seat and ball surface are either Tungsten carbide, Chromium carbide coated or Stellite Coated with in-house HVOF coating technology.
Fully welded ball valves are also offered eliminating the potential flange leak path and increased resistance to pipeline pressure and stress with in-house welding facility.
Stem extension can be provided depending upon the customer requirements.
Seat construction with Single piston effect and double piston effect can be provided.
All valves are fire safe tested as per API 607 / API 6FA.

CAMTECH Top Entry Ball Valve is an advanced design of Top Entry ball valves, manufactured in a wide range of diameters and pressure classes and is used in pipelines and critical process applications. These valves are full in-line field repairable, thus eliminating long down times. The bolted construction allows disassembly on-site for inspection and possible repair. Removal of the bolted cover from the valve body allows access to the ball and seats which can be removed with special maintenance tools. The valves have standard design features such as a built-in cavity relief mechanism, Anti-static, emergency sealant injection, Drain and Vent, and intrinsic double block and bleed facility. Other standard features of these top entry ball valves are as below.

CAMTECH Double Isolation Ball Valve is trunnion mounted ball valve where a single body houses two obturators where, each obturator has two individual seats for sealing. These valves are used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two obturators. This design guarantees great reliability of the system together with remarkable space and weight saving. The greatest savings are to be seen in the reduction of leak to atmosphere because the potential leak points are minimized compared to the conventional design.

The valve internal profile is shaped to minimize turbulence and to avoid any potential obstacle for the passage of pigs. The valve body is designed to safely accommodate all predicable loads, including line pipe reactions.

These valves have all the standard features of trunnion mounted ball valve such as Built-in cavity relief mechanism, Antistatic, and intrinsic double block and bleed facility. Double piston effect feature can also be provided for this valve. The valves are bolted/welded at the body connection joint, with flanged/butt weld ends, in reduced and full bore designs.
