API 6A Valve

Camtech API 6A valves provide highest level of quality and value to oil and gas application. These valves have optimized flow path and proper selection of trim style and material for longer life, proper performance and function. The single piece slab gate is field-replaceable and provides the valve with full bidirectional sealing capability at both high and low pressures. Slab Gate Valves are designed for oil and natural gas wellhead, manifold or other critical service applications with operating pressures from 3,000 to 10,000 psi. these valves are offered in all API temperature classes and product specification levels PSL 1 through 4.
Few silent features are indicated as below,

The body and trim materials are available to fit operating conditions.
Full open through conduit construction to eliminate turbulence and pressure drop.
The gate and seat assembly is easily and quickly replaceable without special tools.
Bi-directional sealing
Non-Rising stem.
Gate is guided smoothly with guides.
The shoulder on the stem can be seated against the bonnet flange to seal off the stuffing box. permitting the replacement of the stem packing while the valve is under pressure.
The stem pin protects the stem and other internal parts from failure by shearing if a high overload torque is accidentally applied to the handwheel.
Expanding gate also available on request.

Camtech manufacture both Positive and adjustable choke valves in pressure rating up to 10,000 PSI working pressure. Each choke can be interchanged and configured in to positive choke, adjustable choke, and actuated choke. Depending upon the requirement in the site, well conditions, life, and these chokes can be converted in to different types as required. The majority of the components are interchangeable, which makes it easy for manufacturing and maintenance. These valves are offered in all API temperature classes and product specification levels PSL 1 through 4.

These chokes are available in different configurations as below,

Positive Bean configuration
Needle and Seat configuration
Cage type configuration

Few silent features are indicated as below,

Body/bonnet materials like carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloy and low alloy steel with 3mm finish nickel alloy cladded on wetted areas to suit different service conditions.
Choke bean and choke bean adopter will be provided as per customer requirement.
Camtech positive choke can be converted into adjustable choke by replacing choke trim and top work assembly.
Centre to face distance can be manufactured as per customer requirement. However Camtech has standard dimensions as per best industry practice.
Different material choke are available with different kind of lining.
Bonnet may be hammer union or bolted type.
Bonnet nut with vent hole for safety during servicing.
Dynamic seal (stem packing) uses spring energized seals.
In – line body or angle body options available.
Shut off to ANSI Class IV, V (and Class VI).
Flow is directed through ports into the center of the trim where it impinges on flow from the opposite port.
