Cryogenic Swing Check Valve

Camtech Cryogenic valves are specially designed for gas treatment processes and storage and transportation of liquefied gasses such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, Oxygen,. Etc. These valves are required to be operated to give assured leakage rates. These valves which are recommended to use below -50⁰C up to -196⁰C.

The main pressure containing components are treated with liquid nitrogen to stabilize dimensions and eliminate the stress caused by metal microstructure changes. Lip seals are used as a seals in these valves which are made up of different materials such as PTFE, KEL-F, etc, and it is self energized by an internal spring of stainless or Inconel alloy.
Camtech valves are inspected and tested In-House in accordance with BS 6364 to certify sealing performance in cryogenic conditions, when required by the customer.
