Cryogenic Gate Valve

Camtech Cryogenic valves are specially designed for gas treatment processes and storage and transportation of liquefied gasses such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, Oxygen,. Etc. These valves are required to be operated to give assured leakage rates. These valves which are recommended to use below -50⁰C are designed with a extended bonnet which separates the operator and stem seal from the cold temperature. 12” gas column is a standard feature for these valves. Extended bonnet as per MESC SPE 77/200 & SPE 77/209 can also be given.

Camtech manufacturing offers the cryogenic industry the most complete and technically advanced cryogenic gate valves. These valves are supplied with extended bonnet with a sufficient gas column length, usually specified by the user, to keep the stem packing away from the cold fluid, to avoid the frosting of the stem packing and ensure functional integrity. All cryogenic valves are thoroughly degreased and cleaned and pipe ends are sealed to prevent contamination.
Camtech valves are inspected and tested In-House in accordance with BS 6364 to certify sealing performance in cryogenic conditions, when required by the customer.
